Your missions :

Veterinary Services Manager, Swine

Location: Midwest USA (Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota)

The Veterinary Services Manager will be responsible for providing technical direction and oversight for the implementation of Respons and Adapt, contributing to the development of the swine business in the USA market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical components of Proof of Concept for potential new products in the field. Design, implement, and report market support trials. Mine the data and distill the information into relevant messages.
  • Provide technical support to marketing on all promotional pieces, programs, including reference checks, development of key technical statements, technical review, including the routing process, and ensuring that materials pass regulatory and legal review.
  • Development, Design, and Implementation of Health Programs with a focus on prevention.
  • Define, develop, and implement Diagnostic Programs that focus on customer problem solutions as well as on the generation of Autogenous or Prescription vaccine formulation.
  • Understand and interpret Molecular Biology Tests and Reports.
  • Provide technical sales support to Field Sales through customer interactions, on-site customer training, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Generate written and oral technical communications, including scientific papers and presentations at professional meetings.
  • Provide technical training (internal and external) as it relates directly or indirectly to Ceva Swine products. Create approval and review sales tools such as PowerPoint presentations, technical bulletins, etc.
  • Accomplish Sales Targets and Customer Data.
  • Evaluation of content, achievement of due dates, etc.
  • Evaluation of feedback from Marketing, Sales, Market Research, Legal, Regulatory and other colleagues.
  • Evaluation of feedback from Sales Force.
  • Evaluation of content and accuracy by Manager.
  • Conduct training and sales tools as defined by the Company.
  • Overall performance and development of team, staff retention, completed plans per HR timeline.
  • Successfully completes the Compliance Modules assigned annually by the Company.
