excellence every day! As
a Production Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily
activities to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production operations.
You’ll communicate across departments, support team members, and make
sure every product meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with Material Management to ensure timely supply flow Track and analyze daily department performance metrics (including SIC tracking) Locate, rework, re-label, or re-date products in Order Assembly as needed Operate a lowboy or assist on the production line when required Perform routine quality, temperature, leaker, and burst tank checks Submit work requests and utilize the Avantis work order system for maintenance and PIT/trades issues Train and support team members to build skills and maintain safety standards Learn and specialize in operating various machinery and equipment Ensure all employees follow SOPs and safety procedures Manage daily product flow in and out of production rooms for maximum efficiency Oversee staging of products to ensure smooth transitions and on-time order fulfillment Order supplies and manage inventory as needed Verify schedules, end-of-day organization, and order completion Identify, communicate, and help resolve process deviations or performance issues Assist with data entry for department performance and trend analysis Work with systems such as ERP, Portean, and Accusort Strong communication and leadership skills Hands-on approach and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics preferred Technical aptitude and comfort with systems/software (ERP, etc.) Competitive pay and benefits Opportunities for training and advancement Supportive team culture that values innovation and efficiency Be part of a company that takes pride in quality and continuous improvement Ready to lead the way?
