Job Title: NAM Swine Technical Manager

Location: USA (Hybrid/Regional Travel Required)

AB Vista is hiring a NAM Swine Technical Manager to lead swine technical strategy across North America. You’ll strengthen product positioning and innovation, support customers and trials, and partner closely with Sales, R&D, Marketing and Services to deliver consistent, credible technical impact across key markets.


What you'll be doing:


  • Develop technical strategies for the Swine business and monitor their implementation to ensure global alignment.
  • Develop innovative solutions requiring high technical competence and collaborate with the sales team to support product sales across all sectors.
  • Provide technical support to NAM for the Swine business sales team, distributors and key customers.
  • Work closely with Business Managers responsible for the territory as well as other members of the wider NAM technical team to plan and deliver technical support that achieves and maintains sales.
  • Work with the Service Department to ensure that developed strategies and services are technically sound and supported with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the R&D department to align research and development initiatives with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Partner with the NAM Marketing and Business departments to monitor and communicate the company’s strategy, facilitating the sales of products and services.
  • Deliver outcomes within an appropriate risk profile while ensuring full compliance


What you'll bring:


  •  9 minimum  years experience in commercial animal nutrition and feed additive sales.
  • Strong project management capability, with proven experience supporting product development (from concept to launch).
  • Track record working across multiple markets/regions, adapting approach to different customer needs, routes-to-market and regulatory contexts.
  • At least 5 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Technical, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory).
  • Fluent in English; an additional language is a strong advantage.
